Overview

Programme Overview

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how organisations operate, communicate with customers, manage teams, and make decisions. For hospitality and corporate leaders, the opportunity is not simply to adopt more technology, but to understand how AI can solve real business challenges while maintaining the human relationships and service excellence that define successful organisations.

This Executive Education Programme Series is designed for managers, department heads, general managers, and business leaders who want to understand and practically apply AI in their daily work and organisations.
